Venue Details

The Aurelius spans 8,500 square feet of elegant event space across three distinct halls, each designed for a different scale of celebration:

  • Grand Ballroom — Up to 350 guests. Floor-to-ceiling drapery, crystal chandeliers, built-in LED uplighting, and a 20-ft stage.
  • Ivory Lounge — Up to 120 guests. Intimate setting with warm wood accents, dedicated AV system, and private bar area.
  • Terrace Suite — Up to 80 guests. Indoor-outdoor space with garden terrace, string lighting, and fountain backdrop.

All halls feature professional-grade sound systems, adjustable LED mood lighting, climate control, and complimentary Wi-Fi.

  • Dedicated event coordinator from planning through breakdown
  • Complete setup and breakdown (up to 5 hours event time, 2 hours setup)

The Aurelius offers both in-house catering and a bring-your-own option:

  • In-House Catering — Diverse cuisine options including American, Nigerian, Caribbean, and Mediterranean menus. Full bar service available. Service staff included.
  • Outside Catering — You're welcome to bring your own caterer for a $500 outside catering fee. Caterer must provide proof of insurance and food handler certifications.
  • Outside DJ, photographer, florist, and decorator are always welcome at no extra fee.
  • We maintain a preferred vendor list — ask your coordinator for recommendations.
  • 60+ days before event — Full refund minus the non-refundable deposit ($500).
  • 30–59 days before event — 50% refund of total balance.
  • Under 30 days — Non-refundable. Full balance is retained.
  • Date changes — Free if requested 30+ days before the original event date (subject to availability). Changes within 30 days incur a $250 rescheduling fee.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to events@theaurelius.com. Refunds are processed within 10 business days.
